Founder & CEO

Eugene is the technical founder and sole engineer behind Hearth HQ, building the full-stack platform end to end — React Native, FastAPI, and Claude API, architected specifically for aging-in-place and vulnerable-persons use cases. His path into tech wasn't conventional: 13 years in customer service and sales before he taught himself cybersecurity, network architecture, and infrastructure engineering from scratch. As a Cybersecurity Analyst at eInvest Groups, he resolved 50+ incidents at a 98% success rate and cut response time by 35%. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, he's run 20+ production servers under ISO 27001 controls, reducing manual configuration time by 60%. He holds CISM and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications and has authored two books on trading risk management. Alongside Hearth, he founded PropSentinel, an 8-microservice enterprise risk-monitoring platform for proprietary traders, and PropCoupouns, a revenue-generating platform serving 500+ monthly active users and 15+ firm partners. Every product he ships is security-first, from the infrastructure up.
